Finally Time

Oh my goodness. I've been so busy since I got out of school it's crazy. This is the first time I've actually had the time to sit down and write an entry.

I'm back at work, so that has been taking up most of my mornings. I have graduation ceremony from high school this Friday and I've been trying to get all the stuff for that settled. I've finally got everything situated but my tickets and I'm picking those up today. I've also been spending some time with my dad after work recently. And I've been picking up my sisters from school a lot since I got done with school.

So as you can see I've had a good little plate full of things to do. I've been able to write in my journal at work whenever I got a spare minute, but I've not really got the chance to blog until this morning.

I walk in graduation Friday night. I'm not really as excited as everyone else who is still at the high school, though. I guess it's just because I'm already in college so it's kind of like, what's the point? I just want my diploma so that I can be done with that school and no longer have personal ties to it. Lol.

I've been racking in some cash for graduation though, which is pretty nice. I went to two church ceremonies yesterday and got over $200 total. WOW! And I haven't even recieved replies to all of my graduation announcements yet. So it's looking like my spare money for vacation week after next will be funded from graduation. Haha.

I'm really glad for the time I've been spending with friends, too. My friend that I've wrote about a couple of times beore, "Susan," is doing well and has changed for the better so much. She and I have been spening a good bit of time together. We spent some time together yesterday and after I get off work I'm going to her house today and then tomorrow she, Jenn, and I are going swimming. Woot! I've spent a couple days and nights with Stefanie, too. It's been really nice to spend time with her again since I haven't seen her since I left high school. Plus it was very comforting that she remained my friend after so many of my so called friends stopped talking to me after I graduated early. :P

Well, anyway. I start babysitting next week, too. So hopefully I will have plenty of things to keep me busy this summer and I'll be making a good bit of money as well.

I guess that's all that I really have to talk about right now. I should have a little more time to blog this week and the rest of the summer now, so until the next time, I hope y'all have a good start to summer!!

Almost Homeward Bound

Almost. Lol.

I've got one more test tomorrow morning at eight, and then my dad is coming to help me move out of the dorms for the summer.

So far I've done pretty well on my finals. Yesterday I took my world civ final. My grade for that hasn't been posted yet, but my grade from the English final today was a 98. I made a high A on my nutrition final, although I couldn't tell you the actual grade. Tomorrow I have my public speaking test. Hopefully I'll do well on it, too. I'm studying with my friend Jenn tonight because we have that class together.

Next Monday is whenever I start my job again. I also starting trying to set up some afternoon babysitting for a little more side cash and something to do in the afternoon. Matt got a job for the summer so there will be some days when he's working that he won't get off til about 6 or so. I don't wanna be sitting around the house bored to tears waiting for him to get off. Lol.

Anyway, I'm moving out tomorrow morning and since Matt has to work that's probably the plan for the day, is to sit around the house doing whatever I can find to do until he gets off work. :P

Laaaaame but worth it. Haha.

Peanuts, Vampire Diaries, and Letter Sequences

Strange combination right?

Well, peanuts because that's what I've been snacking on. Unfortunately Matt finished school two weeks ahead of me this semester and so I've kinda been stuck here being an antisocial loner in my room. I did go out to eat with my friend, Jenn, Monday though. That was nice, but other than that the only time I've really left my room was to go to class. :P

Vampire diaries because that's what I've been watching for about the past two or three hours. Again, I'm being an antisocial loner girl. Lol.

The last one is probably the only one that really needs an explanation. Lol. That one because I'm studying for a final I have tomorrow. Tuesday my teacher gave us all of the answers to the test and so I've kinda just been memorizing the letters in order because she's making the test in the same order as the answers she gave us. I absolutely love her for that, too. Just to be clear. There's 75 questions, so it was a bit of a challenge in the beginning, but I've got them all down pat now.

I'm very ready for the weekend. Friday of course I will be with Matt because I miss him terribly. Saturday I'm getting a haircut - I'll be sure to post pictures because this time it won't just be a little trim - and I'm also hanging out with my good friend Stefanie again. It has been a looooong time since I last spent some time with her and so I'm really looking forward to it. She's one of those true and loyal friends I was talking about last night. And it'll feel really great to hang out with someone that I know I can trust again. Oh, and just in case that makes Jenn sound like a fake friend, I swear she's not. Haha. She's another true one that I've got remaining.

Well, I suppose that is it for the night. I just wanted to stay true to keeping up with posts now. Plus I've missed talking to my invisible internet audience. Just so y'all know I love everyone of you for reading my rants and ramblings. Lol.
